"In the eighteenth century the British managed to create a beer that supported the long and hard sea journey that linked the metropolis with its colonies in the Indian subcontinent. The brewers in London and Burton discovered that by adding large amounts of hops to their beers, they arrived at the destination in optimal conditions: INDIA PALE ALE, better known as IPA, was born. This ale disappeared for decades, the Craft phenomenon recovered a style characterized by its aromatic power and its bitter nuances.
Amber golden color with coppery flashes. Very fine white foam.
Fresh and resinous aroma of Columbus and Chinook hops, a nuance enhanced by dry hopping with Cascade.
Lightweight body. First of all, the resin and the pleasant astringency characteristic of hops are appreciated. Initially it is bitter, but the Caramel malts do their job, harmonizing the whole and leading" by Atlantica
