44 cl, 5.5% ABV, Stout - Coffee

"We sent the guys at both Three Marks and Nomad Coffee roasters the brief of coming up with a coffee blend that would compliment two beers; a stout and a pale sour. They came up with a really complex blend that is rich and full bodied with chocolate and light fruity notes. The stout we brewed was a to be rich and malty with lots of low end flavour and easy on the roast character. We concentrated on getting nutty, biscuity and chocolate flavours into the beer and keeping roast astringency to a minimum to allow space for the roast character of the coffee. A high quantity of flaked oats rounds it out but finishing with a medium dry finish this is as drinkable as cold brew coffee. " by Garage
