Columbus, Chinook & Centennial in the boil (Yes people actually still boil hops), followed by Cascade & Centennial in the Whirlpool. A single dry hop addition of Cascade, Comet & Citra Cryo works together to bring flavours of honey, pine, Grapefruit pith, fresh spring herbs & bergamot.
