"Hop Harvest is an exploration of the results of our first hop selection. In September 2021 we went to Washington and Oregon to pick the fields of hops we will brew with in 2022.

Our Mosaic IPA was brewed with hops hand selected from Yakima Chief Hops. We picked this field from Coleman Agriculture in Oregon for its intensely sweet, berry, dank and citrus aromatics.
