"The era of ocean liners began in the mid-nineteenth century, at which time technical advances made it possible to build ships of unimaginable dimensions only a few years earlier. The big shipping companies touted travel on those ships as “a world between two worlds,” attracting tourists and people looking for a better future in the New World. Our QUADRUPLE is heir to some of the powerful beers that were served in those steel leviathans.
Dark mahogany with ruby reflections and dense crown of beige foam of great retention.
Aroma of roasted malt loaded with ripe fruits, caramel, liqueur and freshly brewed coffee.
Medium body reminiscent of dark chocolate, caramelized sugar, pepper, banana, prunes and cinnamon. The wine yeast used in its secondary fermentation provides complexity at the end, at which time alcohol and hops are appreciated." by Atlantica
